What Did We Miss?

We here at the blog have missed the first hour of the show today. Fill us in. Did Mike call for MAJUR changes to the core of the Mets yet? Did he blame everything on Reyes? What has gone down?

Here is the breakdown:

Last game at Yankee Stadium is played/the NY Giants have a great victory/ The NY jets are about to play on MNF.

Mike starts his show belittling the NY mets/their bullpen(rightfully so) and their fans!

His hatred and dislike for everything Mets is disgusting and unprofessional for someone who does a NY sports talk show! His immaturity with it reminds me of 2 eight year old children fighting in the schoolyard because one has his lunch out of a Yankee lunchbox and the other a Met lunchbox.

To top it all off and to prove his ignorance/arrogance/and most importantly his stupidity-- Mike does'nt know if the Yankees are officially eliminated from contention or not and has to ask for assistance for the correct answer!!!!!! Some Yankee Fan you are Mike(lol).

This guy is pathetic!!!!!

Dog has widened his music taste to include Blink 182 and Blues Traveler.

If Mike says one more time that the "actors" at the begining of the Yankee Stadium ceremony were silly I'm gonna.......... I was there and there were a lot of watery eyes all around, including me. I was saying oh shit! First thing out and I'm already balling. You guys know that I have been kinda in his corner, but I'm getting to the breaking point.

How is MIKE winning the vote?

His show is trash.

I guess people don't want to pay to listen to Russo.

Rock,

I'm not positive, but I think you can vote multiple times so the data might be flawed.

If people really do prefer Fatcesa they must belong to a lurking majority.

In the morning, it was tied 83-83. But I switched to Mike because all of you guys suck.

Hang in there Bill...

Mike will always be a Yankee fan and will always give those fans a reason to listen/watch.

I missed that part of the ceremony but will say that it was a great night for the Yankees and a great night for baseball as well. The Yankees did an awesome job!

Hopefully you're a football fan or else it may be a very long off season with Mike!

Dog's open was pathetic, Mike's wasn't much better (sounded like he wants to break up the team).

I don't know, Dog is on a rampage right now. Ripping Berkman.

Loki, how can you type with that priest in your mouth?

Because my mouth is taking care of it, not my hands and fingers.

Loki, you will fail your oral exam. Try using your hands and fingers. That way you will get better grades and we won't have to read the BS you type.

I have tried to listen to Fatso but I can't make it 10 minutes without turning the channel.

He is terrible alone and we all know he will only add someone who kisses his cheeks and I don't mean the ones on his face.

I tried listening to Fatso, but I couldn't make it 10 minutes without a commercial. I wish the founders of this blog would do an in depth air time to commercial ratio study. Outside of the open or a scheduled interview (paid for by WFAN) I would bet that Mike has a 30-70 talk/commercial ratio. Can't listen to old radio after having satelite.

Kbilly,

I think I read somewhere that on WFAN Chris and Mike had to do about 33 mins per hour on average, whereas he'll be averaging 47 or some such on satellite.

LOL, I know gman likes reading my spam-alamading-ding.

It sucks to admit, but as you know, having a lot of commercials on his show is actually a compliment to Mike and his show (and his time slot). Now Tony Paige, he can let drunks and insomniacs babble on and on -- and he does -- because WFAN barely sells any ad time for the overnight show.
