I was actually interested until I read the minimum relevant experience section: Minimum five to ten years experience as major market talk show host

I'm actually listening to Carton right now and this "Do you know more than a hot co-ed" contest - sports quiz questions to a girl in studio and a guy on the phone....And I must say - it was very embarassing the questions both of these people didn't know. The guy lost after tying in main rd and missing two "OT" questions that were so easy

Do you know more than a hot co-ed?

that is a total rip off of Howard Stern. He's been doing that game for 20 years. But he uses Baba Booey's kids or homeless people.

Yeah, doesn't surprise me. Like I said, not a Carton fan at all. Just commenting on the horrible knowledge of the guests. Easy sports questions they couldn't get

Nothing original about Carton. He's not even enjoyable in his ripping off of people.

Howard gets away with it because he tells everyone that he's ugly and looks like Big Bird. Carton thinks he's the S--t. But Carton's completely unoriginal.

Joe B on a roll here about the Mets, bernazard, and the interview with Omar last night on the game cast.

"David Wright, I mean, are you kidding me? The guys got 5 HRs, 45 RBIs and he's almost struck out 100 times already! The last time he got a big hit, I mean, Adam was still chasing Eve around!"

Whatdoyouhave?,

Any idea what Joe B. is saying regarding the Omar interview last night?

I'm curious as to what he thought about it.

Hated listening to it. Says it was all propoganda by Omar, and was upset hearing from Gary and Keith that Omar was very straight forward and truthful, that it was a good interview, etc. Saying he expected that kind of propoganda from Omar, "but I could not believe how those guys were praising Minaya last night. I could not believe it!"

Also was saying that Omar made a point to reference all four guys mentioned in that phantom offer from Toronto. Joe B thinks that the Mets floated that BS story to make people think their farm system is much stronger than it really is

Joe is great today

Thanks for the update Whatdoyouhave?

When I watched the interview I thought Keith and Gary were acting like Omar was full of shit or something, but I was also taken back after the interview when they started praising Omars "honesty and forthrightousness".

Omar definitely mentioned those players by name and made his farm system out to be something special. I hope the fan and media backlash continues over this.

Something very ODD is up in Met land. This story and the one surfacing of a shirtless Tony Bandazeer only adds to the drama.
